About Us

Guerrant Associates (GA) is an investor relations and corporate communications firm, providing financial communications, investor relations, financial media relations and strategic counsel to publicly held and pre-public companies. Providing a range of services from corporate counseling to full service IR programs, GA was formed to assist public companies in the development and implementation of a corporate marketing activity that provides investors with an accurate portrayal of a company's prospects and performance.

Through credible, consistent interaction with the financial community, investor relations can positively impact a company's share value and its cost of capital. At GA, we believe in fostering interaction between our clients and the financial community, so that management not only conveys the company's messages to investors, but also receives vital feedback from the marketplace. This process helps to ensure that our clients' securities are fairly valued by the investment community.

GA specializes in providing a selective group of services in the areas of Investor Relations, Corporate Communications and Crisis Communications. This approach has enabled the firm to maintain a sharply focused edge while developing unparalleled resources in these key areas. Our IR services include financial corporate communications, key message development, road show coordination, perception study administration, targeting, investor conference presentations, quarterly release writing and conference call implementation.

The firm's activities are distinguished by:

  • A strategic approach to meeting clients' communications goals, and the tactical implementation thereof.
  • The development of strong relationships with the investment community and media.
  • Targeting and pre-qualifying potential investors to management, thus maximizing management's time and resources.
  • A commitment to achieving meaningful, tangible results.

The firm's partners have an aggregate of over 40 years' experience in industry, finance and investor relations. We have spent our careers in Silicon Valley high technology and are conversant in semiconductors, semiconductor capital equipment, analog mixed signal, networking, hardware, graphics, software and the flat panel display industries. We have established relationships with the high-tech buy-side and sell-side communities. Additionally, and more importantly, we have a working knowledge of what drives the markets, and can anticipate the needs of our clients' Wall Street audience, be they buy-side, sell-side, trade organizations (VLSI Research, DataQuest) or the retail base.
